Absolute Upgrade, Inc. is a commercial tenant finish general contractor operating in the Denver metro area and along the Colorado Front Range. Our key team members possess over 70 combined years of experience in the commercial construction industry. We have the know how, the ability, and the resources to complete your project on time, within the desired budget, and at the highest level of quality available in the industry. We have the capabilities to complete all ranges of tenant finish projects including retail projects, restaurants, and office build out. In addition, we have extensive experience on remodeling of varying sizes and difficulties. Due to our relationships with several local consultants, architects, designers, and engineers we can assist you with your design build needs as well.

Our focus and our specialty are one in the same. We do tenant finish projects. Several companies do tenant finish projects as an afterthought as a part of a “special projects” division. Other “pickup truck” contractors lack the technology, organization, and resources to keep you informed and up to date regarding the progress of your build out. Still others that travel nationwide completing projects lack the familiarity with local codes and requirements, local relationships with municipalities, subcontractors, and developers.
At Absolute Upgrade, tenant finish is our specialty, and we excel at completing these types of projects. We have the experience and the technique to deal with difficult situations that are unique to tenant finish projects including interaction with shell contractors, mall managers, developers, and city officials. We have relationships with several local malls, developers, city officials, and subcontractors. By taking advantage of our relationships, our clients will benefit from lower prices, less hassles, and quicker openings. In addition, because we’re local, warranty service and repairs aren’t far away, and will be completed expeditiously.
Our team is well qualified and will work hard to ensure that our clients are well informed regarding the day to day operations on your build out. Estimating, budgeting, scheduling, build out and fixturing are all coordinated with our client and your store personnel to ensure a smooth project from bidding to turnover.
