Matthew Redick, President
For over 10 years, Matt has worked in the construction industry in the Denver area market.  Matt decided to pursue a career in the construction industry while studying architecture and drafting in high school.  He obtained a BS in Architectural Engineering with an emphasis in Construction Management in 1998 from The University of Colorado at Boulder, and worked for a large custom home builder during the summer.  Immediately upon graduation, Matt went to work for a major national retail general contractor based in the Denver area.  Working first as a project engineer and later as a project manager over the next five years, Matt received further experience in estimating, project management, and field supervision.  Matt has completed several projects in the last few years for such national clients as The Limited, Foot Locker, T-Mobile, Cingular Wireless, Flatiron Crossing Mall, Improv Comedy Theater, Lucky Brand Jeans, Aldo Shoes, Sanrio, and Allen Edmonds.

Tom Murray, Vice President - Operations
As a veteran of the construction industry of over 25 years, Tom Murray brings the knowledge and experience to effectively complete various types of construction projects.  With experience as a carpenter, pipefitter, and superintendent, Tom has accumulated the ability to not only participate in the construction process, but to excel in it.  Having worked for such clients as The Limited, Eddie Bauer, Christopher & Banks, Albertson’s, Walgreen’s, Foot Locker, Autonation, Limited Too, and Stickley’s Furniture, Tom has demonstrated that he can work for a variety of clients.  Tom possesses advanced abilities in reading and interpreting plans, layout, quality control, and scheduling.  Tom also utilizes several computer applications in performing his duties, and is extremely organized in his approach to supervising onsite activities.  He currently coordinates all project schedules, materials deliveries, and coordinates our subcontractor teams with our onsite superintendents.  Tom is committed to completing projects on time, under budget, and at the highest levels of quality and safety.
